In today’s cities with the use of so many cars immobility can be troublesome for many people, especially in large cities with heavy traffic. One of the best ways to deal with this situation is the use of bicycles.
Bicycles reduce C02 emissions, provide daily exercise, and avoid getting stuck in traffic. This is why many European countries have significant bicycle usage, saving money and the frustration of traffic, while also helping the environment.
The Netherlands is one of these countries which even has executives riding a bike to work. However; for a variety of reasons, for some people riding a bike is not a viable alternative as it takes a significant amount of energy and muscle power. These people have the alternative of electric bikes, but even then, they can be restricted by the time required to recharge the battery. Then there are the situations where you may want to travel long distances on your bike in the mountains, in nature or even between cities. Where are you going to find a charging station in the middle of the empty highway or side road?

For these reasons, here at UGT, we have eliminated the recharging problem and built a hybrid bike that not only doesn’t need to be recharged, but also has special features not available on other E-Bikes. Some features come standard with the bike, and others are available at extra cost. This bike never requires an external charging station. It runs on special generators designed by UGT.

Charging is done while the rider pedals the bike. This immediately starts charging the battery and the rider can start using the electric bike when desired on an unlimited basis, as long as it is pedaled for short periods. Only 30 minutes of pedaling will completely charge the entire 1.5kW battery. The battery is the “SUPER FAST” type and gets charged quickly. The bike also contains a strong high efficiency motor which ensures the ability to handle the weight of virtually any rider.
NEVER NEEDS CHARGING.
The motor is a brushless 24 to 48 volts producing 1200 watts. The motor driver is run by a port series (RS 422) through a computer onboard the bike (ECC) that is always communicating and adjusting to the performance requirements considering weight, speed, road condition, uphill or downhill etc.

ELECTROMAGNETIC GEARBOX
The use of electromagnetic creates extra torque and it controls many functions in the bike. This is a UGT design that helps with mobility when pedaling, not only improving efficiency and torque increase, but also assists with gathering major energy using permanent magnetic systems. This action enables the rider to limit the force necessary to start the bike and charge the battery.
The UGT e-bicycle is state-of- the art and is superior to any e-bike on the market. But there are even more options available that go far beyond what is normally available on virtually any competitive bicycle. Here is a list of additional options:
1) SOS and GPS SOS and GPS enable the rider to notify friends, family or emergency authorities.
2) Digital Display. The digital display shows the GPS activation and SOS status. Both are shown on a 7” screen which also shows speed and battery status.
3) USB Port. The USB port enables laptop or cell phone charging while riding and for other features, e.g., water cooling.
4) Water Cooling System. The water-cooling system enables the rider to have a water filled backpack by connecting to the USB port on the bicycle. This system cools water to a desired temperature in two minutes, a special value when while riding long distances or during hot weather. The cooled water will be maintained at the selected temperature by pedaling action.
5) Oven. The small flat surface oven can warm food during rest stops, a great option for long distance rides or camping.
6) Portable Battery System. A removable battery that can be folded for easy storage has an inverter which will operate at 250 watts on 110 or 220 volt AC. Another benefit for camping stays.
