UGT Hydrogen Device
Hydrogen with chemical symbol “H” with our vast oceans is one of the most abundant chemical molecules on earth that consist of approximately 0.75% of the world germs.
It is available on water molecules and other compounds. And it is not available as a single atom. Since it can be mixed with many elements, therefore, it can generate massive amounts of energy. Hydrogen has many uses in many industries. For example, some of these include but not limited to:
1- Creating Ammonia:
One of the most important compounds of Hydrogen and nitrogen is ammonia.
During hydrogen and nitrogen mixing process directly through Synthesis, they mix together and it generates approximately 90% Ammonia that is used to make fertilizer.

2- Various industries:
Hydrogen is used to produce various metal alloys and also used in electronic industry to make various parts.
3- Generating ENERGY:
It is used in crude oil industries and refineries to make gasoline.
4- It is used for pollution purification of Sulfur.
5- Transportation:
Burning hydrogen as a form of renew outlet had taken the attention of many industries, especially auto industry. Because of this they stopped making dangerous gases such as Hydrocarbon, or monoxide.
Especially when hydrogen is burned it generates water and it became a big market now.
But methods they are using to produce today, is at its infancy and reason why per gallon to fill hydrogen car is extremely expensive. Here at UGT, we had found a way that later will be explained we use natural elements such as moister in the air and heat car motor generates to produce same hydrogen but at fraction of the cost.
6- Used as coolant for generators:
Hydrogen compare to other cooling gases to cool generators is now making it the most attractive alternative.
PROCESSES USED TO MAKE HYDROGEN:
A) ELECTROLYSIS
Electrolysis separates oxygen from hydrogen in water. It is an expensive process and it is not a popular method because it is an expensive process.
B) STEAM
Steam is used to produce hydrogen from natural gas but a byproduct of the process is methane, due to the high temperatures using steam. However, it does produce high amounts of pure hydrogen.
UGT HYDROGEN PRODUCTION DESIGN:
UGT Tech research has developed two products Since hydrogen is growing to be cleanest source of energy and increasing daily, electricity and hydrogen for auto fuel.
GENERATING ELECTRICITY:

Process
HYDROGEN FOR AUTO FUEL:
During the Biogas process UGT Tech uses methane reforming to develop hydrogen. This process takes place while waste material is burning and prevents dangerous methane gases from entering the atmosphere. See chart below.
As methane gas is generated it enters a specially made compartment which operates at 700 degrees Celsius. Reforming takes place from 30 bar pressure being applied. Nickel is used as the catalyst.
During this process monoxide is mixed with water and undergoes a chemical reaction and at the end of the process eliminates the carbon dioxide by mixing the carbon dioxide with Santez, then goes through cold water at high pressure. The result is hydrogen that is 99.9% pure. The pure hydrogen causes burning inside the hydrogen burning motor and heat from this combustion removes all pollution, leaving steam water which can generate additional electricity as it exits through the motor.
